Hollywood Suits ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, unless special circumstances are previously approved. Online orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to processed before it is shipped. We do not ship to PO, FPO and AFO address. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention we require that shipping address must match billing address. Standard delivery arrives in 5- 7 business days. We provide free shipping on all orders $99 or more. Expedited delivery is available at additional charge during checkout.
You will receive an email containing the tracking number after the order is dispatched. Please visit fedex.com to check the current status of your shipment. You can also find the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Hollywood Suits is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their purchase and service. As part of this commitment, returns are accepted up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. Hollywood Suits will only refund merchandise if it has not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered. If merchandise is not in its original condition, the return will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer. All labels and tags must remain intact in order to return the merchandise along with any accompanying materials that were originally included.
3 Suit Offer and Package Deals*
To provide the best saving for customers, Hollywood Suits offers packaged deals for merchandise at significantly lower cost. Partial returns from any package deal including 3 Suit offers will void initial savings. Refunds will be issued after full value of the merchandise has been taken into account. All returns must be conducted by mail. Please visithollywoodsuits.com/myaccount to initiate your return. Returns can only be shipped after RMA has been issued.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase. Original shipping, handling, and/or other charges are not included in the refund. If an account was not originally created at the time of purchase, create an account using the same email used to make the purchase. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days to process the refund. For the credit to be reflected in your account, allow up to 2 weeks.
